We built Fetch backwards: first the feelings, then the floor plan. Non-slip warm floors, corners to hide in, light that doesn’t buzz, and a lobby that smells like clean — never like fear.
Exams happen on the floor when the floor is where he's comfortable. The table is optional. The biscuits are not.

The gentle X-ray
Digital imaging that takes seconds, not ordeals — most pets never notice it happened.
The quiet dental suite
Sound-dampened, warm, and staffed by a monitor human whose only job is your pet's vitals.

The dog wing
Squeak-tested lobby toys, a weigh-in scale with a victory bell, and exam rooms with floor cushions for the floor-inclined.
The cat wing
A separate entrance, pheromone diffusers, window perches, and a strict no-barking airspace enforced by two doors and one very serious sign.
