1. What we collect
When you book a visit or write to us, we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, and your pet's information (name, species, breed, history). Our website analytics are aggregate and anonymous — we count visits, not visitors.
2. What we use it for
Booking and delivering veterinary care, sending appointment reminders and follow-ups you'd actually want, and keeping accurate medical records as the law requires. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever. To anyone.
3. Medical records
Your pet's records belong with your pet. Request a copy or a transfer to another practice any time — we'll send them the same day, no questions, no guilt trip.
4. Cookies
This site uses a small session preference (your dog/cat mode) and basic anonymous analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site anything.
5. Your choices
Unsubscribe from reminders with one tap, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it — email hello@fetchvet.example and a human will handle it within 48 hours.
