1. The basics
This website shares information about Fetch Animal Wellness and lets you request appointments. Content here is general guidance, not a diagnosis — when in doubt about your pet's health, call us or your nearest emergency clinic.
2. Appointments
A requested time isn't confirmed until we call or text you back (same day, always). Life with animals is chaos — if you need to cancel, we appreciate 24 hours' notice, and we extend you the same courtesy.
3. Payment
Payment is due at time of service. Estimates are provided before any treatment plan begins, and we'll never add a line item you haven't approved. Care credit and payment plans are available for larger treatments.
4. Being kind
Our team promises patience, honesty, and gentle hands. We ask the same of our humans — aggressive behaviour toward staff (the two-legged kind; we forgive the occasional grumpy cat) may mean we ask you to find another practice.
